Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; RN license.
• RN license in state of employment.
• Physical requirements: Medium work up to 50 lbs., frequent lifting up to 20 lbs., constant up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs (physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual) and document findings.
• Evaluate patient responses and implement the care plan with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic tasks (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain patient charts accurately and use IT to communicate and support decisions.
• Advocate for patient safety and provide patient/family education.
