Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego is seeking an Interventional Radiology RN for a per-diem role with 10-hour shifts. Call is after hours and on weekends. The IR RN will join a 16-member Interventional Radiology team at Scripps Mercy San Diego, located in central San Diego.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year recent RN experience in Cath Lab, ICU, ED or procedural area with sedation.
• English speaking, reading and following instructions.
• Current CA RN License and BLS/ACLS from American Heart Association.
• Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• NIHSS required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Join the Interventional Radiology team as an IR RN.
• Provide perioperative and procedural nursing care for IR procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during after-hours call shifts.
