Job summary

Intermountain Health’s Interventional Radiology unit seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care before, during, and after minimally invasive procedures. You will work with radiologists and procedural teams in a fast-paced setting, ensuring safe, evidence-based patient care.

Requirements include an active RN license, BSN, and BLS certification. Preference is given to candidates with IR, ICU, ED, or Cath Lab experience and ACLS.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN required; RNs with fewer than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.
• The BSN requirement applies to hires/promotions on or after 4/27/2025; earlier hires follow prior rules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs throughout interventional radiology procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Support interventions using advanced imaging technology and evidence-based practices.
• Uphold patient safety, comfort, and education before, during, and after procedures.
