Qualifications

• Preferred: BSN and 2+ years in IR, Cath Lab, ED, or ICU (Critical Care).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with goals, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Supports a safe environment, ensuring safety-sensitive protocols are followed.
