Job summary
Advocate Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Interventional Radiology suite in Chicago, IL. The role is part-time with two 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, plus on-call after hours, holidays, and weekends.
The RN will care for inpatients and outpatients undergoing invasive procedures from preop to post op in a collaborative team setting. Requirements include an accredited nursing program, Illinois RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 2 years of nursing
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Illinois.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers and ACLS certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care from preop to post op in interventional radiology.
- Contribute to a safe patient environment and positive patient experience through evidence-based practice and effective communication.
