Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where providing client nursing services.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience typically required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and therapies per protocol as needed.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and communicate with care team.
