Houston Methodist is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) II to provide direct patient care across varied populations. You will perform nursing assessments, assist with exams and treatments, educate patients and maintain accurate medical records, using the nursing process to guide care.

Collaborating with physicians and an interprofessional team, you will advocate for patients, manage emergencies, and contribute to unit initiatives.

Formación

• Twelve months RN experience in a healthcare environment.
• Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body in Certifications, Licenses and Registrations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional health care team to coordinate care.
• Mentor staff and students; may serve as charge nurse or preceptor.
