Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN for She a Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The RN will perform comprehensive nursing care, including monitoring, medication administration, and patient education, under ANA standards and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, administering IVs and therapies, and coordinating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure quality care and safety for patients across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• RN with current Arizona license.
• BSN preferred; if not, 5+ years RN experience required.
• Experience in med-surg or acute specialty setting required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Record patients' medical history and symptoms; help with diagnostics and treatments.
• Develop and update patient care plans; manage IVs, medications and therapies.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment and home care needs.
• Mentor and supervise LPNs and nursing aides as appropriate.
