Job summary

Incredible Health hospitals in Silver Spring, MD are actively hiring a Registered Nurse for Interventional Radiology. You will assist radiologists and the care team during diagnostic imaging and IR procedures.

Requires ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1 year radiology/ICU experience. On-site day shifts with full-time or part-time options are available. Benefits include healthcare, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing
• Active RN license
• 1 year radiology/ICU/high-acuity experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Understanding of radiologic procedures and contrast safety
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Assist radiologists during imaging exams and interventional procedures
• Administer intravenous contrast and monitor for reactions
• Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient care before, during, and after procedures
• Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care and risks
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation per policies
