Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology for a full-time day shift. You will provide direct patient care, assess and document status, collaborate with multidisciplinary team, and ensure evidence-based care throughout admission to discharge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• ACLS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC are required or preferred based on unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess and record patient status on admission and during care.
• Organize health data for accurate, accessible plan of care.
• Document diagnoses and progress toward outcomes.
• Coordinate discharge planning with patient and health care team.
• Provide patient and family education based on evidence-based practice.
