Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford seeks an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) to support imaging-guided procedures and patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare and assess patients, administer meds and monitor vitals, and collaborate with the team to ensure safe, efficient care.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate's degree in Nursing and CT RN license, with 1 year inpatient acute care experience preferred; BLS/CPR is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state of Connecticut.
• 1 year of inpatient medical/surgical acute care experience preferred; IR/ICU/ER experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and preparation for radiologic procedures and image-guided interventions.
• Administer and monitor medications, blood products, and fluids with vitals documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient care.
