Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Interventional Radiology to provide expert bedside care within an assigned unit. You will assess patient needs, coordinate care, and ensure quality outcomes.

In this role you may supervise staff, participate in hourly rounds, and uphold safety protocols in fast-paced IR environments. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with CPR/ACLS certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Arizona and nursing degree from accredited school.
• 2–5 years IR or Cath lab experience required or preferred.
• Certifications: CPR, ACLS, and other specialty credentials as required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs including physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and safety considerations and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, implement medical and nursing orders, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Act as a supervisor by delegating tasks and overseeing shifts.
• Participate in hourly rounds, observe safety protocols, and adapt care to procedural complexities.
• Utilize interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent customer service in fast-paced settings.
