Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on evidence-based practice, patient safety, and coordinated care delivery.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care across patient populations in alignment with organizational standards. The position requires an active RN license in New Jersey, BLS/CPR certification within 60 days, and at least six months of relevant nursing experience or

Qualifications

Must have current and valid Registered Nurse license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire.
BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire.
Six or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participant in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care according to evidence-based policies and standards.
Coordinate and delegate care as part of the interdisciplinary team.
Develop and coordinate care plans with patient/family-centered goals.
Communicate with patients, families, and health-care team about status and plans.
