Job summary

Qualifications

• Current NJ RN license; BLS/CPR within 60 days; ACLS and PALS required; NIHSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based care standards.
• Communicate patient status and treatment plans with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning and documentation tech.
• Document assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
• Provide patient and family education to optimize health and wellness.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary discharges for safe transitions of care.
