Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology for a per diem position in Neptune, NJ. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based nursing care in a collaborative environment with a focus on safe patient transitions.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration with advanced technologies, and comprehensive patient/family education. Active NJ RN license and certifications are required or in process per policy.

Qualifications

• BSN in progress or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• 1 year Interventional Radiology experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Current NJ RN license; BLS/CPR within 60 days; ACLS and PALS required; NIHSS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based care standards.
• Communicate patient status and treatment plans with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning and documentation tech.
• Document assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
• Provide patient and family education to optimize health and wellness.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary discharges for safe transitions of care.
