Job summary

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in Arizona.
• BLS Certification required.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred within 60 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and home management.
