Job summary

Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center is seeking an RN for inpatient care in Interventional Radiology. You will assess patients, implement care plans, and administer medications while maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• BLS required prior to orientation completion.
• Obtain AHA ACLS certification prior to end of orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs; develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill or injured patients and monitor for reactions and side effects.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention; monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition.
