Job summary

UNC Health and the UNC School of Medicine are seeking Interventional Radiologists (MD/DO) to join our growing team across North Carolina.

UNC Health offers full-time and per diem IR opportunities at several sites, with support for clinical, educational, and research missions, competitive compensation, relocation assistance, and sign-on incentives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Interventional Radiology residency or fellowship program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in both Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology.
• Eligible for or ability to obtain North Carolina medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Join IR team and help expand an IR program into a regional referral center serving eastern North Carolina.
• Support clinical, educational, and research missions across North Carolina.
• Provide a full range of image-guided interventional procedures.

Education

MD/DO from an accredited medical school

ACGME-accredited Interventional Radiology residency or fellowship program

Board-certified or board-eligible in both Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology

Eligible for or ability to obtain North Carolina medical licensure
