Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Interventional Radiology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Kentucky. Candidate must be Board Certified with IR fellowship and be able to work inpatient IR duties with an 8:00am–4:30pm schedule and on-call coverage after hours and on weekends.

Dates available include December through January with 60‑day credentialing timelines. AMN provides malpractice insurance and travel lodging support for contractors.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified with Interventional Radiology Fellowship.
• Inpatient setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% Interventional Radiology procedures.
• Work 8:00am–4:30pm with on‑call 4:30pm–8:00am and 24‑hour weekend on‑call.
• Support credentialing timeline and availability as requested.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Job Settings: Inpatient
• Modalities: 100% Interventional Radiology
• Shift/Schedule/Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm. On call 4:30pm-8:00am. Weekend call 24 hours.
• Dates Needed: December 7-13, 21-27, 28-January 3
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
• Certifications Required:Must be Board Certified with Interventional Radiology Fellowship
