Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Interventional Radiology Physician for locum tenens support in a hospital setting in Michigan. The role requires board-certified radiology credentials, a Michigan license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Typical hours are 7 a.m.

to 5 p.m., Monday–Friday, with start ASAP and ongoing dates. Responsibilities include performing angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, and UFE, while ensuring credentialing processes are fast-tracked to fill

Qualifications

• Board-certified radiologist with Michigan license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Active state medical license in Michigan required.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, and UFE.
• Provide patient care in a hospital-based setting during 7 a.m.–5 p.m. shifts.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to meet credentialing timelines and availability.

This facility is seeking an Interventional Radiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Job Settings: Hospital Based
• Modalities:Procedures Required:Angioplasty, Stent placement, Embolization, Needle biopsy, Thrombolysis, UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)
• Shift/Schedule/Hours: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Dates Needed: June 30th, 2026 - ongoing
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days-however will fast track need
• Certifications Required: Board-Certified Radiologist, Basic Life Support, Advance Cardiac Life Support and Active State Medical License (Michigan)
