Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an Interventional Radiology Physician for locum tenens support in Marquette, Michigan. Schedule is Monday–Monday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with on-call coverage. Work spans inpatient and outpatient settings with a broad range of IR modalities and procedures.

Candidate must hold board certification in vascular and interventional radiology, ACLS, and a Michigan medical license for submission; fellowship training is preferred. Credentialing typically takes 60–90 days.

Qualifications

• Board certification in vascular and interventional radiology is required.
• ACLS certification is required.
• Active Michigan medical license is required for submission; fellowship training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call from 8a-8a.
• Procedures include vascular and interventional radiology, biopsies, dialysis access, drains, thrombectomy and thrombolysis.
• Interpretation of vascular ultrasound is highly preferred; inpatient and outpatient settings.

This facility is seeking an Interventional Radiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Monday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, plus call 8a-8a
• Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Modalities: Vascular and Interventional Radiology; biopsies, dialysis access procedures, drain placements, peripheral vascular thrombectomy, venous thrombolysis, arterial thrombolysis; ability to interpret vascular ultrasound highly preferred.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Certifications Required: Board Certification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology required, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Active Michigan Medical License required for submission, Fellowship training preferred
