Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Interventional Radiology team. This clinic-based role will provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation and management for IR referrals and participate in inpatient rounding and consult management with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Accredited PA program graduate.
• Experience: 1+ years in related procedural/IR environments.
• Certification: NCCPA certification and Texas PA license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient evaluations in Interventional Radiology.
• Participate in inpatient rounding and consult management.
• Manage pre-procedure education and informed consent.
• Coordinate care with IR physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging for patient care.
• Follow documentation standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
