Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is searching for a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures such as angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral and GI studies. You will handle post-processing and record-keeping while following protocols for different age groups.

Graduation from an AMA/JRCERT accredited program is required; no prior experience is necessary. ARRT/ARDMS or equivalent certification and BCLS are required upon hire, with VI/CI advanced

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based training program.
• No experience required.
• Licensed/certification requirements are listed in Licenses and Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral, and GI studies.
• Completes all post processing functions and maintains records.
• Ensures use of established protocols for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
