Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures, including angiography and GI studies, with post-processing and patient care responsibilities. You will follow established protocols and tailor care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

The role requires graduates of AMA/JRCERT programs with ARRT/BCLS certification; ARRT VI/CI advanced certification is preferred, with little to no prior experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based training.
• No experience required.
• ARDMS/ARRT registration and BCLS certification required; advanced ARRT (VI/CI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral and GI studies.
• Complete post-processing functions and related record keeping.
• Follow established protocols and tailor procedures for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Education
