Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral and GI studies, along with drainage and biopsies. You will handle post-processing and patient care while following established protocols for patients across age groups.

Education requires AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited training; no experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based training program.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral and GI studies, plus modality-assisted drainage and biopsies.
• Completes all post-processing functions and related record keeping.
• Ensures adherence to established protocols; differentiates for adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations in diagnostic procedures.
