Job summary

MetroHealth invites qualified Radiologic Technologists to join the Interventional Radiology team in the Cardiology Invasive Lab. Work involves assisting with a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures under fluoroscopy, serving patients from infancy to elderly, all while maintaining a safe, compassionate care environment.

Requires ARRT RT, Ohio radiographer license, and BLS/ACLS; on-call availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License.
• ARRT registered Radiologic Technologist (RT).
• ACLS certification or obtain within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification (AHA) or obtain within probationary period.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call hours on a rotating basis.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist under fluoroscopy with a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Care for patients from infancy through geriatric across service lines.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment during fluoroscopy procedures.
• Function in a multipurpose role per policies and regulations.
• Uphold MetroHealth System mission, vision, values and service standards.
