Job summary

BJC HealthCare (New) is seeking an RN supervisor for Interventional Radiology and related units. The role includes managing RN staff, nurse navigators and coordinators, with a focus on patient care, staffing, and compliance within a busy hospital setting.

The position requires 2-5 years of RN experience with supervisory experience and a BSN. A full benefits package and sign-on bonus up to $15,000 plus relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• RN with 2-5 years of experience and supervisory exposure.
• BSN preferred.
• Radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work, and evaluates performance.
• Participates in staffing, revenue and budget planning, and monitors adherence to goals.
• Provides and oversees patient care per planned interventions and age-specific needs.
• Creates and implements a collaborative plan of care based on assessment and treatment.
• Manages staff hours, payroll updates, time cards, and staffing communications; leads huddles and meetings.
• Ensures staff productivity aligns with department goals and conducts performance evaluations.
