BJC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Manager, Interventional Radiology in Saint Louis, Missouri.

The role oversees RN staff in Interventional Radiology, Nurse Navigators, Nurse Coordinators, and RN's in Radiation Oncology. It requires 2-5 years RN supervisory experience and a BSN, with a full-time day schedule (8:00–4:30, Mon-Fri) and a comprehensive benefits package. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 plus relocation is available.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years RN experience with supervisory experience.
• BSN required.
• Radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance; develops staff.
• Participates in departmental staffing, budgeting, and staffing plans to meet goals.
• Provides and oversees patient care per planned interventions and documents per policy.
• Creates and implements collaborative plan of care based on assessment and medical treatment.
• Manages payroll updates, time cards, and staffing communications; coordinates schedules and increases efficiency.
• Conducts performance evaluations and recommends improvements where needed.
