Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Interventional Radiology in Jersey City, NJ. You will support radiologists during imaging and interventional procedures, administer contrast, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety before, during, and after tests.

Candidates should hold an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and EMR proficiency; one year in radiology or ICU is preferred. This full-time/part-time/per diem role offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year experience in radiology, ICU, or high-acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong understanding of radiologic procedures and safety, including contrast media.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist radiologists during diagnostic imaging examinations and interventional radiology procedures.
• Administer and monitor intravenous contrast agents, addressing any reactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care and risks/benefits of radiologic tests.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care per hospital policies.
