Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Rhode Island or eligible to practice under RI Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Minimum two years RN experience in an acute hospital; ICU or ED trauma preferred.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Knowledge of Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic procedures in DI Services.
• Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and document in the EMR.
• Administer medications/contrast material and respond to adverse events.
• Prioritize patient needs, advocate for patients and families, and educate them.
• Collaborate with health team to achieve outcomes and ensure safety.
