This 100% IR practice combines clinical leadership with program development and system-wide collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist
• Board-Certified in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Leadership experience in hospital, practice, or service-line
• Strong commitment to quality, patient satisfaction, and clinical innovation
• Interest in program development, physician engagement, and strategic growth
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Director for the Interventional Radiology program
• Provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight for IR service line growth
• Lead quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
• Partner with hospital and physician leaders to expand access and enhance patient care
• Mentor and support physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
• Practice in a 100% Interventional Radiology setting
• Maintain a dedicated IR clinic with protected clinic time
• Perform advanced image-guided vascular and nonvascular interventions
• Collaborate with Oncology, Vascular Surgery, Cardiology, Women’s Health, and others
• Help recruit and retain top physician talent while fostering a culture of excellence
