Saint Joseph Health System, based in Mishawaka, IN, seeks a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to serve as Medical Director of Interventional Radiology for a growing regional program. This 100% IR role combines clinical leadership, program development, and strategic growth within a supportive health system, with access to advanced imaging and a collaborative team across specialties.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist.
• Board-Certified in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology.
• Indiana medical licensure eligibility.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in hospital, practice, or service-line setting.
• Strong commitment to quality, patient satisfaction, and clinical innovation.
• Interest in program development, physician engagement, and strategic growth.
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IR program as Medical Director.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for IR service line growth.
• Lead quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Partner with hospital and physician leaders to expand access and enhance patient care.
• Mentor and support physicians, APPs, and clinical staff.
• Practice in a 100% Interventional Radiology setting.
• Maintain a dedicated IR clinic with protected clinic time.
• Perform image-guided vascular and nonvascular interventions.
• Collaborate with Oncology, Vascular Surgery, Cardiology, Women's Health, and others.
• Help recruit and retain top physician talent and foster excellence.
