Job summary

Sibley Memorial Hospital is looking for a Casual / On Call Radiology professional to perform special diagnostic and interventional procedures, including cardiac catheterizations. The ideal candidate should have graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology Program and have required certifications.

Experience in cardiology or radiology is preferred, with on-the-job training provided. The position offers flexible day shifts and various responsibilities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT registry and Maryland licensure as Radiologic Tech or RCIS or RCES certification.
• Preferred certifications in Vascular Interventional Radiography or Cardiac Interventional Radiography.
• One year of Cardiology or Radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs special diagnostic and interventional procedures in Cardiac and Radiology.
• Demonstrates knowledge of equipment components and maintains necessary emergency equipment.
• Maintains adequate stock levels of supplies in the assigned department.
