Job summary

SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital - Mount Vernon seeks an Imaging professional to assist in cardiovascular procedures and complex imaging. You will perform angio and interventional imaging under Radiologist/PA supervision, ensuring patient safety and quality results.

The role requires completion of a Cardiovascular or Radiology Technology program, with no prior experience required and cross-training opportunities available to broaden skills within a full-time capacity at our Mount Vernon site.

• Completion of a Cardiovascular or Radiology Technology program.
• No experience required.
• Cross training is available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procedures to analyze, diagnose and treat the cardiovascular system.
• Perform specialized imaging procedures such as angio, complex vascular, nonvascular and neuro interventional procedures.
• Assist Radiologist/PA and maintain equipment and lab area.
• Ensure patient safety and follow radiation safety procedures.
• Prepare patients, review history and monitor during procedures.
