Qualifications

• ARRT registered in Radiologic Technology required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Two years’ experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory or Special Procedures area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for diagnostic cardiac catheterization or interventional procedures.
• Operates cardiac catheterization devices and support equipment to assist physicians.
• Assists physicians as a sterile assistant during fluoroscopic catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Monitors ECG and hemodynamic status to ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Performs rapid patient care and continuity of care according to ACLS guidelines.
