The role requires at least 1 year of vascular procedural experience, ARRT certification and state licensure, BLS, and strong attention to safety, documentation, and teamwork. You will collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff, maintain records in EMR, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and state licensure as required.
• Minimum 1 year of procedural experience, including interventional radiology.
• Proficiency in diagnostic x-ray and interventional imaging procedures, patient care, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate the C-arm during interventional radiology procedures, providing high-quality imaging and supporting the physician during minimally invasive procedures.
• Operate the C-arm, and other radiographic equipment. Perform routine quality checks and promptly report any issues.
• Follow all radiation safety guidelines to minimize exposure for patients, yourself, and staff. Use protective gear and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Accurately document patient information, procedure details, and results in the electronic medical record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare team members to support seamless patient care and efficient workflow within the department.
• Keep current with advancements in radiologic technology and participate in ongoing training as required.
