Job summary

StrideCare is seeking an experienced, highly motivated IR Cath Lab Tech to support our growing network of ASCs and OBLs in North Texas. You will provide procedural scrub support for minimally invasive vascular and interventional procedures, maintain sterile technique, assist physicians, and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year procedural scrub experience in vascular, cath lab, interventional radiology, or surgery center.
• Strong sterile technique and procedural workflow.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume procedural environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procedure rooms, sterile fields, instruments, supplies, and specialty equipment for vascular and interventional procedures.
• Scrub and assist physicians during vascular procedures.
• Anticipate physician needs during procedures and maintain procedural efficiency.
• Handle and prepare wires, catheters, balloons, stents, closure devices, embolization materials, and specialty procedural supplies.
• Assist with room turnover and ensure readiness for subsequent cases.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory management, supply organization, and specialty procedural equipment.
• Support compliance with AAAHC, OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety, and facility policies.
• Participate in emergency response situations and procedural patient safety initiatives.

Job Summary: StrideCare is seeking an experienced, highly motivated IR Cath Lab Tech to support our growing network of ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and office-based labs (OBLs) throughout North Texas. In this role, you will provide procedural scrub support for minimally invasive vascular and interventional procedures, maintain strict sterile technique, assist physicians, and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.

You will collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, radiologic technologists, anesthesia providers, and operational leadership in a fast-paced environment centered on patient safety, clinical excellence, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare procedure rooms, sterile fields, instruments, supplies, and specialty equipment for vascular and interventional procedures
• Scrub and assist physicians during vascular procedures
• Anticipate physician needs during procedures and maintain procedural efficiency
• Handle and prepare wires, catheters, balloons, stents, closure devices, embolization materials, and specialty procedural supplies
• Assist with room turnover and ensure readiness for subsequent cases
• Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention standards at all times
• Assist with inventory management, supply organization, and specialty procedural equipment

Requirements

• ARRT certification
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of procedural scrub experience in vascular, cath lab, interventional radiology, or surgery center setting
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and procedural workflow
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume procedural environment

Preferred

• Vascular, IR, or cath lab experience strongly preferred
• Experience in ASC and/or OBL settings
• Familiarity with fluoroscopy-guided procedures
• Experience with vascular intervention supplies and devices
• ACLS certification preferred
