Job summary

UNC Health Caldwell in Lenoir, NC seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Radiologist to join the team on a part-time or full-time basis. The role involves light IR procedures in the radiology department and outpatient work, with dayshift hours Monday through Friday and onsite work at the main campus and mammography center.

The position is based in the Greater Hickory Metro Area of North Carolina.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Interventional Radiology residency or fellowship program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in both Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology.
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Will perform light Interventional Radiology procedures in the radiology department, as well as outpatient work.
• Monday through Friday - dayshift hours only.
• A full-time position would cover onsite light IR needs at main campus a few days a week and 2 days per week at the mammography center.
• A part-time position would be 2-3 days per week of light IR work, onsite at UNC Health Caldwell Hospital.
• Located in the Greater Hickory Metro Area of NC!
