Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree and IR or DR with IR subspecialty certification.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. license in any jurisdiction.
• Active DEA registration and an NPI.
• Eligible for federal credentialing and privileging; pass federal background check.
• For call, reachable within 15 minutes and onsite within 45 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventional radiology services at James J. Peters VA Medical Center.
• Participate in a published call rotation and weekday schedule, 8:00–16:30.
• Work with a credentialed team in a staffed angiography suite.
• Maintain professional liability coverage provided by CLFC.
