Job summary

Northwell Health's Department of Radiology is expanding and seeks board certified/eligible Interventional Radiologists to join our network across multiple premier locations in New York.

As an Interventional Radiologist, you will work with state-of-the-art equipment to perform arterial/venous interventions, oncologic therapies, complex vascular and visceral procedures, and spinal and biopsy interventions. Our team provides patient-centered care across 28 hospitals and 1,050 outpatient facilities.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Interventional Radiology / Diagnostic Radiology.
• Completion of an IR/DR residency or an Interventional Radiology fellowship.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York.

Responsibilities

• Perform arterial and venous interventions including angiography and embolization.
• Deliver oncologic and ablative therapies such as thermal ablation and chemoembolization.
• Conduct complex vascular and visceral procedures including TIPS and biliary interventions.
• Perform spinal interventions and image-guided biopsies.
