Job summary

Northwell Health’s Department of Radiology is expanding its Interventional Radiology team across a network of facilities, including Long Island, NY. Board-certified or eligible IRs/DRs are sought to join a leading health system with state-of-the-art imaging and a broad scope of procedures.

Interventional Radiologists will perform arterial/venous interventions, oncologic/ablative therapies, and complex vascular/visceral and spinal/biopsy procedures, in a patient-centered, high-volume setting

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Interventional Radiology or Diagnostic Radiology.
• Completion of IR/DR residency or IR fellowship.
• Eligible for unrestricted NY medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform arterial and venous interventions including angiography and vascular access.
• Provide oncologic and ablative therapies such as thermal ablation and chemoembolization.
• Carry out complex vascular and visceral procedures (TIPS, GU/GI interventions, biliary work).
• Perform spinal and biopsy interventions (vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, image-guided biopsies).
