Job summary

Northwell Health's Radiology Department is expanding, seeking board-certified or eligible Interventional Radiologists to join our network including Long Island, NY. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment across our facilities.

You will perform arterial/venous interventions, oncologic and ablative therapies, complex vascular and visceral procedures, and spinal/biopsy interventions, collaborating with a large team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree is required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology / Diagnostic Radiology.
• Completion of an IR/DR residency or an Interventional Radiology fellowship.
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of interventional radiology procedures with state-of-the-art equipment.
• Arterial and venous interventions including angiography and embolization.
• Oncologic and ablative therapies such as thermal ablation and chemoembolization.
• Complex vascular and visceral procedures including TIPS and biliary interventions.
• Spinal and biopsy interventions including vertebroplasty and image-guided biopsies.
