PAGNY is recruiting an Interventional Radiologist to join NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. You will perform image-guided interventions, supervise residents, and work within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

• IR Fellowship completion is required.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology.
• Active New York State Medical License.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures using fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, and MRI.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct pre-procedure consultations and post-procedure follow-ups to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Operate and manage advanced imaging equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Participate in emergency interventional procedures, as needed.
• Provide expert consultation on complex cases.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and case discussions.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
• Supervise and train Residents and Fellows, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.

Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $726,250** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $130,000.Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings.
