Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System is seeking an Interventional Radiographer for Mount Carmel St. Ann's, with a 30-minute response requirement for call. The role focuses on interventional procedures and accurate RIS charges, with on-call duties and strict radiation safety compliance.

Educational prerequisites include ARRT registration, Ohio license, and BLS, plus 2 years of diagnostic radiography experience; electrophysiology or angiography exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program.
• Registered Radiographer by ARRT; valid State of Ohio Radiological License; current BLS.
• Two years of diagnostic radiography experience; electrophysiology lab, angiography, cardiac catheterization, or surgery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs interventional procedures ensuring optimal image quality.
• Enters online charges in RIS and ensures accuracy per Administrative Policy.
• Participates in On-Call coverage as applicable.
• Follows Radiation Safety guidelines per policy.
