UC San Diego Health seeks an RN for Interventional Pulmonology to provide autonomous nursing care, assist with bronchoscopy and pulmonary procedures, and coordinate outpatient clinic activities. The role requires CA RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and experience in pulmonary procedures.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, deliver education to patients and families, and participate in rapid, high-quality patient care in a Magnet-designated health system in La Jolla.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• RN License issued by the State of California.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certification at time of hire with commitment to get ART within six (6) months of hire.
• Minimum two (2) years of demonstrated recent nursing experience in Pulmonary Special Procedures/Interventional Pulmonology or GI, IR, ICU, and/or Perioperative Services in an acute care setting OR ED/PCU/IMU with Charge RN experience within the past five (5) years.

Responsabilités

• Assist with bronchoscopy and other interventional pulmonary procedures.
• Coordinate outpatient clinic and procedural care for the Interventional Pulmonology program.
• Develop care plans and coordinate medication refills and test results.
