Job Duties

Geisinger, a national leader in healthcare innovation and technology, is seeking a BC/BE Interventional Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship trained physician for an exciting opportunity at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Leadership experience in bronchoscopy, growing programs, etc. is also beneficial.

At a Glance:

  • Work 2 weeks of outpatient pulmonary clinic with procedures, 1 week of inpatient pulmonary consult service, and 1 week of ICU/month
  • Typical cases are COPD, asthma, pneumonia, lung cancer, pulmonary hypertension, and interstitial lung disease
  • Be an instrumental part of teaching, scholarly activities, interdisciplinary programs, committees and research
  • Competitive compensation package with $30k start incentive
