The InterventionalPsychiatry(IP)Technician position provides clinical administrative and patient support in Headlight’s outpatient esketamine program. We are looking for someone to serve as a key partner in the patient care journey within Headlights' Interventional Psychiatry program, providing compassionate clinical, administrative, and patient-centered support throughout the treatment experience. This role acts as a consistent point of contact for patients, helping guide them through ongoing treatment by coordinating care, facilitating communication, and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
The IP Technician collaborates closely with patients, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote a seamless treatment experience, address patient needs, and support adherence to treatment plans. Through proactive engagement, education, scheduling coordination, and clinical administrative support, this position plays an integral role in enhancing patient outcomes and fostering trust during each stage of the esketamine treatment journey. This role is based on‑site at Headlight's outpatient clinic in Carlsbad, California.
