This position provides clinical administrative, patient and office support within Headlight's outpatient Spravato (esketamine) program. This part time role is onsite at our Anchorage, AK off

Roles and Responsibi
  • litiesProviding daily patient care, monitoring, and charting in EHR for the esketamine pr
  • ogram.Responsible for ordering medication through various pharmacies and communicating shipment schedules. Including logging and proper inve
  • ntory.Administer Spravato treatments in accordance with clinical protocols, REMS requirements, and prescriber o
  • rders.Monitor patient response and tolerability during treatment sessions and elevate concerns to the clinical team as n
  • eeded.Administer, score, and document psychiatric rating scales. (e.g., PHQ-9,
  • GAD-7)Maintain compliance with REMS, medication logs, safety protocols, and quality stan
