Responsibilities

• Diagnose mental health disorders by conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Create personalized treatment plans for patients involving psychotherapy, medications, interventional therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
• Deliver and supervise interventional treatments including TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine Infusion Therapy; work with experienced leadership and data-supported protocols.
• Monitor effects of interventional treatment and adjust treatment parameters when applicable.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on response.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, options, and strategies to manage symptoms.
• Manage crises in patients' mental health.
• Coordinate patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Document and maintain updated medical records and patient information.
• Analyze patient outcome data to contribute to research on interventional treatments.
• Participate in continuing education activities with colleagues and review literature.
