Job summary

Grammar LLC seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist with expertise in Interventional Psychiatry and Neuropsychiatry to treat complex mood and neuropsychiatric disorders using TMS, SAINT, and Esketamine.

The role blends direct patient care with program development, supervising APPs, and collaborating with clinical leadership to expand interventional services and monitor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Active California medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Active DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based interventional psychiatry care for mood/neuropsychiatric disorders.
• Perform and supervise TMS, SAINT, Esketamine and related interventional therapies.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with APPs and interdisciplinary staff to scale interventional services.
• Contribute to SOPs, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
• Support research and site investigations when applicable.
