Job summary

Mindful Health Solutions in Tacoma, WA seeks a Psychiatrist to deliver evidence-based interventional psychiatry care in an outpatient setting. You will diagnose, develop personalized treatment programs, and supervise TMS and Esketamine therapies with a collaborative leadership team.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and board certification in psychiatry.
• Outpatient psychiatry experience or exposure is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mental health disorders and conduct psychiatric evaluations.
• Create personalized treatment plans integrating psychotherapy, medications and interventional therapies.
• Deliver and supervise interventional treatments including TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine Infusion Therapy.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and management strategies.
• Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team and maintain medical records.
